“Great local host”

Margherita,the host, was very helpful with local suggestions. She booked us into an excellent restaurant one night and a local wine tasting the next day, offering to drop us off there and collect us if needed ( not needed as it was easy walking distance). The room was large and comfortable.

Margherita is the most gracious host. The breakfast is fantastic! An array of homemade delights, local cheeses and meats and great coffee. The accomodation is very good and immaculate. A extremely comfortable bed and great bathroom. Margherita is very knowledgeable with places to visit and dine in the area. We had the most wonderful stay here and will definitely return soon! 10/10

Everything, it was like if you stay your relative place. The room and bathroom was spacious, comfortable bed, small balcony looking into garden, blackout curtains. It was very quiet at night and we had a great rest after hiking. Hosts Margherita and her husband were exceptionally kind, suggested and booked restaurant with excellent food and atmosphere.

Simply everything was great. A warm welcome, a nice place with a lovely room, a great breakfast, and the very friendly Margherita, who gave many tips on what to do or where to eat. We felt completely comfortable here and recommend it to anyone looking to spend a day or more in the Prosecco hills.

The room was very cozy with nice furniture and a small balcony. There was a sauna in the garden, which we could use. We also tried the free Reiki Sessions the owner of the house provided. Best of all was the breakfast with the a big variety of small homemade cakes which were fresh and unique. The couple and the mum were super friendly. It's only five minutes to the city centre.

The hosts are wonderful people, very kind and warm. They are always helpful, offering advice about places to visit and recommending restaurants. Margherita even sat down with us after breakfast to prepare an itinerary for the day when our original plans had fallen apart. The villa is a beautifully renovated old building, preserved with attention to the smallest details, which adds amazing charm to the place. The garden is very well maintained, with a jacuzzi that's perfect for relaxing. The breakfasts are delicious, featuring a local selection of hams, cheeses, and homemade pastries. There is also parking space available inside the property.

The breakfast was a good selection, the room size was generous, nothing needed repairing unlike many other locations used....if you are looking for faults.....you won't find any.
