“Great stay!”
Great stay! The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and functional, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. If there was one minor drawback, it would be that the doors were not particularly soundproof, but this did not significantly affect our experience. The breakfast was of good quality, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area, which provided a lovely setting to start the day. Parking was located just a short walk away and was still very convenient. Another highlight was the excellent location, with plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The staff make you feel welcome and looked after. Breakfast staff are superb -as is the breakfast! Probably the best breakfast I’ve had so far in travels through Italy. The cakes are all homemade and are too more-ish. You must try the Italian carrot cake! Reception staff are very helpful - any time of night and day. The rooms are spotless and housekeeping staff work tirelessly to make the rooms comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are well appointed. This was my second visit and won’t be last.

“Warm, family-friendly stay with great location and staff”
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palagi in Pietrasanta as a family of three. It was such a treat that our son had his own separate room — plenty of space for everyone, which made the stay extra comfortable. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and surprisingly quiet. Outside noise was well muted (although, let’s be honest, nothing can completely defeat the charm of Italian Vespas 😉). Breakfast was solid and satisfying, with an excellent cappuccino that quickly became a highlight of our mornings. The location is also a big plus — right next to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. We also really appreciated the separate parking area with closed gates, which is quite rare in Italian villages and gave us extra peace of mind. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. They were genuinely warm, natural, and caring — not just polite, but truly welcoming. You really feel at home here. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Palagi to anyone visiting Pietrasanta!

- Hotel is very centrally positioned and it close to many places to eat, sightsee, etc. - Rooms are warm and comfortable (mind I am traveling in winter) - Great breakfast with variety (eggs and bacon, cereal, amazing selection of cakes) - Staff is very helpful and offer advice, anticipate needs - Hotel has dedicated parking 1 min. away from the property - very comfortable
