Breakfast poor. No fresh bread, no egg, cheese or ham. All pre-wrapped, French toast etc. Early visitors took my preserves and one of the prepacked brioches meant for me. Cereal - corn flakes but no bowl to eat them from.

Sara did a great job with the apartment. It was beautiful and cozy with a large private terrace and garden, and it was very clean. The breakfast cake was delicious and huge! The homemade jams are also very good!. There were a couple of samples of their own shower gel. It's made with olive and calendula oils, lavender, pine and rosemary essence. It was so good, we just had to buy a bottle to take with us. Thank you Sara for making us feel so welcome!

It is a perfect base for exploring Umbria and South Tuscany. I have spent more than 5 weeks in this fabuluous Abbazia. I adored the garden too where I was allowed to consume the fruits and vegetables. Sara was a perfect host, the room was cleaned every second day, the beddig was replaced each week as well. I love this place, I can recommend it to everyone and I wish I would go back once in a life again.

The abbey is beautiful. The cloisters, the stairs, the ceiling paintings…exceptional. And Sara has given it such a unique , artistic flavour. The ‘ breakfast ‘ room is huge, and your table is set up ready. The garden is colourful , full of plants and herbs, well laid out and immaculately kept. Sara is very kind and helpful.

Beautiful old monastery in the middle of the countryside. Our host Sara welcomed us and took her time to explain everything and also helped us to visit a nice restauarant and some beautiful places. She really takes the time to help you - she is very friendly and speaks English very well. The room is nice and spacious, with good beds, nice shower and very good wifi. Breakfast is served at your own table in a huge dining room with complete kitchen. You can use the fridge, gas stove and coffee machine. Croissants, coffee, toast and fresh cake for breakfast ! Free parking in the courtyard. We had an excellent stay and truly recommend this beautiful place.

Our stay at Agriturismo Abbazia Sette Frati was exceptional. We traveled as two families (5 and 4 people) and this restored old abbey exceeded our expectations. Sara, Gregorio, and Annalisa were outstanding hosts who transformed our vacation into an unforgettable experience. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly welcome. Sara's attentiveness to detail, Gregorio's helpful presence, and Annalisa's culinary talents created the perfect atmosphere. Annalisa welcomed us with a memorable first dinner that included a custom pistachio birthday cake. The property itself is stunning - an authentic Italian agriturismo with spacious accommodations in a beautiful historic setting. The location is convenient, within 1 hour drive or less to major Italian towns of Perugia, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto and Terni. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Grazie mille!

It's a very beautiful place with very kind people. The room is comfortable and very clean, the bed was excellent, the garden is wonderful in May and you can feel the beauty and the history of the building. Breakfast was also nice (Italian style). Sara was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Abbazia. Location was in the countryside which was very relaxing and quiet. However still only 30 minutes away by car from Perugia and Assisi.
