Overview
Set in its own large garden, Ligure Residence is just 100 metres from the Ligurian coast and its popular beaches. It offers a swimming pool, a terrace, and self-catering accommodation. Private parking is free. All studios are fitted with tiled floors and simply decorated. Each is composed of a comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. All studios are provided with a cooling fan, a TV, and a private balcony. Ligure Residence also offers one-bedroom apartments in a separate building, just a few steps from the main one. Guests staying here will enjoy all services of the residence. You can enjoy relaxing in the garden, where you will find the swimming pool and a well equipped children’s play area, featuring table soccer and table tennis. In the common terrace there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The area is ideal for cycling, and the property offers bike-related services such as bike rental, bike storage and a bike-washing area. Bike-maintenance tools are also available on site. Genoa city and Genoa Colombo Airport are a 1-hour drive from the residence.

Perfect location, with a large public beach just a few minutes' walk away and an excellent restaurant right around the corner. The pool is great, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is small but well equipped. There are both indoor and outdoor play areas for children, which our kids really enjoyed. The staff are very friendly, with special thanks to an older blonde lady who was especially kind and helpful. The only issue we had was with one gentleman or rather, it seemed that he had an issue with us. Unfortunately, I will explain that in more detail in my negative review.

Location near the sea, few minutes walking distance. Monitored and protected parking space few meters away. Hotel staff pleasent and helpfull, trusted us that we cleaned the apartment at the end of our stay without additional check.

The location is excellent, the air conditioning is perfect, the flat is a nice flat but not for 3 people tho. The staff is nice and helpful.

Excelent position at 2 min walking from the sea. Pizzeria with karaoke very close to have fun! Also bars, supermarket, restaurants very close. The centre is just 10 min away, with every kind of shops. Our stay was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything and the staff was also very kind

Perfect size. Small kitchen, balcony and two beds. It was just perfect for our family of 4. The beach is like 5’ from the hotel. The personal is super nice and totally kids friendly. Coffee in the bar is delicious. The playground is good too and perfect for parents who like to have a drink while kids are playing. Pool is perfect too. You see. It’s all perfect and we will be back next year for sure. Grazie mille!
