“Thwe hotel is not worthy of the price. It is a shame to ask 500 per night for this.”

Everything is OK. There is just a huge gap between the price and quality. I can hardly say anything bad about this hotel. The personell i actually very nice, polite. It is just the hotel itself. For nearly 500 euros per day you expect something more. I would say for this price you expect 5 star hotel. Pietra Grand hotel is just a normal place with decent standard services but has nothing to do with 5 stars hotels.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and very practically set out.

Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We also had dinner one time and it was great and not expensive.

Easy access to the beach and good gym facility. Staff at the bar pool was nice and provided very quick and kind service. Breakfast was ok.

“Nice&calm seaside vacation, but the staff is not really hospitable”

* The size of the room, the sea view, the balcony size were great! * The bed was comfortable. * If the balcony door is open, there is a lot of noise from the street and the train track, but when closed, the insulation very good, you can't hear much. * The cleanliness was Ok. * The breakfast options were rich. Breakfast room is big and has enough space for guests. * We always ate dinner outside, so don't know about that, but we ate 2 times from the hotel's restaurant while we were on the beach at noon, it was Ok. * Being very close to the beach was our first choice: only a few minutes walk and crossing the train line and the street with a tunnel to reach the seaside. * The hotel is only a 20-minute walk from the center of Pietra Ligure. It is nice to experience the historical city texture and discover different restaurants. * The lady in charge of cleaning our room was very sweet. * This was our honeymoon and the hotel staff had this information on our booking. The warm congratulations we received from the friendly young woman receptionist we spoke to on the very last evening of our trip made us happy. She was the only one and we thank her.

Gym studio: very good!!!

The building is very modern and new, nice design. Friendly staff. We got the room we booked with lateral sea view, which has both sea view and mountain and town. Asked for higher floor and it was kindly provided. Great solarium with view and jacuzzi ( could work a bit later too). Amazing breakfast- they had great croissant selection, and it was possible to order coffee from the bar too. Beach is near and really good. We travelled through Italian Riviera and it was one of the best places we stayed.

Nice room with sea view, clean, very confortable bed. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Everybody from the staff were friendly. I hope to return soon!

Location and the view was perfect. It is a modern and clean hotel, we had a very comfortable room. We loved the double shower!

“all in all a perfect stay”

The location was perfect for us and the railway across the road didn't bother us at all. The underground car park was also an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could want. The rooms were spacious, well furnished with large balconies with sea view. My mother uses a wheelchair to move around and there was plenty of space in the room to accommodate it and the walk in shower was perfect for her. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleanest possible hotel. The whole facility and surrounding grounds are kept pristine daily. The staff are excellent and friendly. The breakfast selection is very good and fresh eggs made to order were unexpected luxury for a four star hotel. The pool is clean, the beach is clean, the sea is 90% of the view from the rooms. The village centre is a ten minute leisurely stroll along the boulevard and there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. There are numerous excellent gelaterias and the village is pleasant and picturesque. A short drive down the coast are dozens of other lovely small towns should you get bored of the local one. The beds are also very good, even if you are 6’3 with a bad back. Even the 17m rooms provide enough space for two people and come with spacious balconies you can relax on, including enough decent chairs to enjoy the view in comfort.
