I would say everything. Great location in a modern apartment. The scenery is amazing from the terrass. 15-20 minutes walk to the beach is great. Don’t look at google maps to find the shortest way. Use the local stair shortcuts between the streets.

“Wonderful Villa overlooking the sea”
Wonderful 1 bedroom apartment in a modern villa with generous terrace with breath-taking view over the olive tree cladded hills just outside Pietra. Apartment is new and has a fully equipped kitchen (which includes dishwasher!). Private, locked parking place (anyone who travels to Liguria knows how a parking place is valuable during hi-season). Despite being 500 m from the highway, it is secluded and quiet. Host does not live in the same complex, therefore privacy is guaranteed. We rarely stayed in a better place in this part of Italy, and surely there is no Hotel in the area which can even get close to what this location has too offer.
