“Nice, modern, spacious, quite flat with problematic communication though.”
It is almost brand new flat, spacious modern, with all the amenities. It is situated in a safe and quite neiborhood. Nice double bed with comfortable mattress and a double sofa. The kitchen was amazing with all the necessary equipment despite the fact that I did not use them. There were coffee, sugar, milk, 2 bottles of water in the fridge for the morning. It was 10 min walk from the bus stop and 3 stops from Valletta terminal.

“The place is definitely nice, its in a kinda sketcy neighourhood, but except the few inconveniences the stay was pleasan”
The design of the property was great, we really appreciated the layout and the size of it all.

“Check in issues”
I had communication with the hosts prior to the holiday but approaching the day of check in had no info about how to check in to the apartment. Didn't feel safe travelling to another country with a child without any check info but was reassured that i would receive the check info on the day. I had an extremely early flight and arrived in Malta at 11am. At that point i had only received an email stating that the check info would be released once the security deposit. I continued to check the bank that i had set the deposit to be removed from and nothing was pending or had came out. I made multiple attempts to contact the hosts via email, the booking. Com message thread, phone numbers and had no replies for multiple hours. If i did not know anyone in malta i would not have felt safe or reassured about my booking, especially having a child on the booking. Thr communication i thought was good upon til the day had stopped and the instructions were not clear. I received the check in info after several attempts at contacting the hosts and actually going to the property itself. I was then called and contacted on whatsapp at 5:20pm about my attempts at contacting them. Overall the apartment is true to pictures and the building was quiet. The location was perfect for where i needed to be. I don't feel the apartment was cleaned prior to my arrival due to stains around the apartment and on the bedding
