“Scam and a Lie from Booking.com”
Contacted the host many times about getting check-in information. They always delayed saying they would send it later. The afternoon I was arriving I still had not heard from them. I told them I was going to book somewhere else as I was coming to Paris for the Olympics and I didn't want to risk having no where to stay. They told me no problem. I contacted booking.com days before the booking saying I was concerned. Booking.com ended up saying they would give me a refund but didn't because "I contacted them after the booking".. However, I have proof from their own customer chat, that I contacted them days before the booking.

“DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! I”
Nothing!!!! We arrived to the front of the building, called the owner, who told us that NO APPARTMENT AVAILABLE! We were supposed to find an other one at late evening. The booging.com customer service helped us to find an alternative. This way also thank you!
