The property is beautiful and well kept and well run. The food was amazing . The pool area was awesome with a beautiful view over the valley towards Pienza. Very beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing.

The place is fantastic! Amaizing villa with nice and cozy rooms that give the farm stay feeling. The food at the hotel is great and you can easily spend time at the hotel for a drink to relax if you like. The staff do their best to make you feel at home and they certainly are successfull in that.

An extremely quiet and peaceful place with very beautiful nature, wonderful architecture, a wonderful team and excellent food, wine and spices. A place for complete relaxation. a wonderful place for a good life

“Absolutely outstanding stay”

This accommodation was simply incredible. The rooms were beautiful, perfectly clean, and the house itself — together with the location and the breathtaking view of Piensa — was unforgettable. The staff were by far the kindest and most attentive I’ve ever encountered. A special shout-out to Bertina, who is truly a heart of gold. Whether you stay overnight, enjoy the food and wine, or just take in the nature, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I would come back again and again!

“Relaxing and a Stunning Stay”

We could not love this place more! The location is perfect for visiting Pienza and Montepulciano, and very easy to find. The property is stunning with its vineyard, olive grove, terrace and views overlooking Pienza. The staff are so kind and helpful, and Bertina was a delight! She really makes everyone feel special and goes above and beyond for all her guests. The restaurant on site is convenient and delicious... we would recommend the steak, it's amazing. Tenutu Santo Pientra will always be special to us, it's where we got engaged and we cant wait to go back again!

Bertina and her staff at the property were kind, helpful and efficient. The property itself is beautiful, a real tranquil escape - we loved the pool and the farm to table restaurant! The location is great for exploring local Tuscan towns like Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino (if you have a car). We stayed two nights but we wished we stayed more!

Great stay. It's in a lovely setting and the pool was much appreciated. The food was very good and overall I thought it was all very good value for money. The staff were friendly and good with our children.

Such an incredible stay. The property was amazing, something out of a Tuscan fairytale; the pool was incredible and was surrounded by all the beautiful scenery; the rooms were so charming and comfortable and clean. Also, the Rose wine produced by their winery is perfection. Would hugely recommend staying here. It was amazing.

This place was truly amazing. It was spacious and beautiful, and the exterior of the accommodation was absolutely charming. We also had dinner here, and the food was incredibly delicious — not to mention, the portions were by far the most generous we had during our entire month-long trip. I highly recommend this place. Above all, the host lady was incredibly kind. During our stay, my wife injured her ankle. The host showed genuine concern, called the hospital to find out what we needed to do, and even contacted an ambulance for us. (In the end, we didn’t go because the hospital was too busy.) She then kept giving us ice and helped us treat the injury. We are deeply grateful — thank you once again for everything.

Bertina’s radiant energy and joy are wonderfully uplifting, and Marilena’s cooking is a heartfelt experience in itself — nourishing in every sense. As she so beautifully puts it: “Cucinare è donare, mangiare è amare” — “To cook is to give, to eat is to love.” This is not just a place to stay — it is a place to feel, to savour, and to remember.

The lounging area was comfortable & clean. Staff were friendly, dinner & breakfast was very good.
