Everything. Location was perfect, right in the centre of town with everything at your fingertips. The apartment is large and spacious and tastefully decorated. It is well appointed with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and clean crisp linen. Frederick was a friendly and accommodating host.

“A unique apartment in the center of Pienza”

The whole apartment is fantastic and simply unique. If there is one thing we missed a little bit, it is a small table by the comfortable sofa by the fireplace where we could put our wine glasses :-)

The highlight of our holiday in Tuscany. Fabulous home that felt like a home with beautiful art and decor. Location was brilliant just around the corner from the main square and lots of fabulous restaurants on our doorstep. Great base to explore surrounding countryside and villages. The host was super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family and would love to stay again

Perfect. It was in the centre of Pienza, close to the cathedral, square and an excellent cafe. Nowhere was more than 5 minutes away. The host was very friendly and helpful. Before arriving I asked about parking and she advised us. She met us at the accommodation and showed us all the facilities. There was a small error I made in my booking and she quickly opened up the third bedroom and bathoom we needed. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well-equiped. Every detail had been thought of, like lighting, furniture needed, bathroom layout, providing 2 keys - little things, but they do make a difference. It was also very beautiful inside, the decoration and ornaments were lovely, interesting and quirky. Every room and bathroom was different. I stayed with 3 other people who also loved it. Highly recommended.

Excellent location and spacious accommodation.

The flat is centrally located in Pienza, a wonderful destination. We received information before arrival regarding location, map reference and useful tips regarding parking. The flat has everything, is very roomy and stylish. The kitchen and bathrooms are all new and very good looking.

This is a fabulous appartement located central Pienza. It is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and looks on to the Piazza Spagna . You will love staying here.

The property looks better than in the pictures, traditional style yet modern. Well mantained, 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom. Very well located, restaurants down at the entrance. We enjoyed the property.

The house is amazing! We felt privileged that we spent two days there with our friends. We had the feeling that an old friend from Pienza invited us to her home. Very clean ,well equipped with everything we needed. Federica was very polite and willing to reply to our questions. Pienza is a very beautiful and picturesque village. It worth to stay there if you want to explore Val D Orcia. We really enjoyed it

“Perfect”

What a lovely Tuscany experience to stay in this house…right in the centre of Pienza overlooking an attractive square. The house is spotless and beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Lovely pottery and dishes to admire and for a late night film even has Netflix. We were. 3 couples and we sat around the kitchen table everymorning making plans and enjoying an Italian style breakfast. The Host was always available to answer questions and responded immediately when we contacted her before arrival. Count yourself lucky if you manage to book this property.

Frederica's house is in a fabulous location in a lovely square just off the main street. You get a lovely local interaction staying right in the centre of beautiful Pienza. The house is a traditional Italian home with some modern touches. As we were a couple, the bedrooms on the upper floor are locked, so friends should take note incase you expect the use of 2 or 3 bedrooms if you travel as singles. But the one level for us as a couple staying with bedroom en-suite , living room and kitchen with a morning sunny balcony, was still a large space to enjoy. The TV is big and has Netflix. Kitchen has all that is needed for simple meals. The en-suite is modern, fine and functional and plenty of towels were provided. I would happily stay again and imagine it would be great to have the full use of the house if rented for a group of friends or family.
