Well renovated and spacious apartment in the old town of Pienza. Wonderful experience staying for one night there. Was everything you need - even complimentary coffee and snacks in the morning.

“A relaxing and comfortable accommodation”

The inn was spacious enough for two people. It was clean, simple and relaxing. It seems to have been featured in a magazine, and has a slightly unusual structure with different elevations. I came to Pienza to hike the Val d'Orcia, so I'm glad I chose this inn, which is close to the hiking trailhead. It was also close to the city center and convenient for shopping. It was raining when I arrived, but the weather miraculously improved the next day, and I enjoyed walking for six hours in the deserted Val d'Orcia. Both Val d'Orcia and this inn are great. There was coffee, but I couldn't use the espresso maker properly, so I couldn't enjoy it, but there was tea. I took rusks and other things that were left there as emergency food during the hike. There were also plenty of consumables, so it wasn't a problem.

Location was excellent. The room was very clean and tidy with beautiful character consistent with the magical vibe of Pienza. The hosts were very helpful and incredibly responsive on WhatsApp for tips and advices.

To get to Pienza by public transport was a bit of a challenge but to get there and stay at this place was definitely worth it. We got accommodated in a different place than what we booked but it was equally stunning if not even better. The apartment was huge and still very cosy, located in a medieval stone blocks building in the quiet part of Pienza, and just a few steps from the bustle and gorgeous views of the rolling Tuscan landscape. The place has a genuine rustic feel, is clean and well equipped, has a confortable bed, and good heating. Only thing missing is a kitchen, but there are some basics for breakfast, and honestly, eating out is what you do when visiting Italy :) Communication with hosts was great, they are super friendly and attentive. We enjoyed this place very much, an unforgettable experience, thank you!

“Staying at Pienza”

Pienza is a lovely, small, old city. This apartment is located in the middle of Old Town. You have to park your car 5 min walk from the apartment on free parking (opposite the COOP market). For us wasn't a problem. The apartment is located on ground flor. The entrace to the kitchen is directly from the street :) It was something new for us. Early morning and latest evening Pienza is very quiet place - you may go outside and sightseeing alone.

Charming,spacious,clean and comfortable room in perfect location at the quieter end of the pedestrian old town.Very quiet at night.Great,strong shower.Nice and helpful host.

Perfectly situated in the Heart of Pienza. The rooms were clean and all amenities like coffee, towels, even biscuits were for us to use, also, huge bathroom!

Fantastic apartment, 2-3 minute walk from: restaurants, cafes, gelato places,super market,free parking, in the heart of Tuscany area. What else do you need???

“Modernized and charming apartment in the Heart of Pienza”

Excellent room, location, decoration. There’s attention to details, the host really cares about your comfort. It’s really close to everything. Has a full kitchen even with Nestle Expresso Machine and Toaster. The parking is about 200m but you won’t find in Pienza anywhere that’s less than that. The rooms are modernized, spacious and the beds are comfortable. There’s restaurants and shops everywhere around it. Cost value was outstanding.
