The breakfast on the balcony was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The view was absolutely breathtaking—so stunning that I found myself wondering if it was even real. The espresso was perfect, and the homemade milk cake on the menu was an extra delight for the soul. The staff were amazing—warm, attentive, and welcoming. Majestic location with panoramic views of Tuscan countryside, with a very short 5 minute walk to the town centre - absolutely fantastic for a short stay, we will definitely come again!

“The only good thing about our trip”

The hotel was spotlessly clean, in a great location and had a fantastic free breakfast every morning. They even let us have breakfast early on the morning we had to check out. Had daily room cleaning without ever needing to ask. Unfortunately we had an absolutely awful rental car, but the hotel staff helped us with making phone calls and offering to translate for us and helped work out solutions, even showing us a nearby Charger for the car so we wouldn't be stranded. Even though our rental from Europcar ruined our vacation, this hotel was the silver lining that made everything better.

“Cute and welcoming hotel”

The Piccolo hotel has many lovely features including stunning views, though these are only available on one side of the building. We found the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms are comfortable and clean but quite small and there's little soundproofing so noise is a factor. The location is outstanding as it's a quick walk into the centre of Pienza (which is absolutely beautiful). The breafast is good with a choice of homemade cakes and some savory options. The coffee we found excellent. Parking is tight but it all works so is not a worry.

The valley view room is very neat, clean and well equipped, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The city is small, and the hotel is across the street from the city wall and a few minutes drive from the Gladiator sets. Parking is included.

The hotel has a free garage if you are arriving with your own vehicle. The cleanliness is at a very high level, and the room has everything you need. The staff is extremely kind — thanks to the lady who responded to my emails very quickly so we could prepare a birthday cake for my girlfriend. The breakfast was perfect, simply perfect — very diverse. The view from the room was fantastic. Highly recommended!

The town is magnificent and the hotel is cozy

This hotel is a cute little hotel and is at a great pretty location . The breakfast was quite delicious and I loved the coffee. The he staff’s attitude was fantastic.
