The location was perfect just across the road from the old town. The apartment was ideal for our 5 night stay - spacious lounge room and bed rooms. The bathroom was very clean and modern. It is impossible to describe how amazing the views are. It was like a dream or a painted landscape. The best view I have had from any accommodation.

“Unforgettable”

The house is so beautiful, with three different levels all overlooking the most stunning views of the green valley. It felt like we were in a movie. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor terrace and garden was a great place to sit and relax and enjoy a meal or wine. Our host Ben was very kind and friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The location and proximity to the centre of town was great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you ever get the chance to stay here you will not regret it.

“Beautiful Pienza”

First of all the view. The amazing views from the house. You look out the window and see a living picture of Tuscany. The location is an advantage - a few steps from the old part of the charming Pienza. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable in the house. The owner of the house Ben was very attentive and hospitable with us. He answered all our questions and recommended us great restaurants in Pienza. We will definitely come back again.

Superb location and very spacious accomodation

Beniamino is very nice, kind and friendly. I appreciate that he was coming soon when I need help. The house is few steps to the center of city, free parking around property. The room is clean. Tutto bene.

“Million dollar views & very comfortable beds”

Nestled just outside the walls, and only a few minutes walk, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view was so beautiful and having our own private garden gave us the opportunity to enjoy the wines we purchased from local wineries with a million dollar view. The house was beautifully renovated and styled. It was a shame we were only able to stay one night. I would highly recommended this place to be booked for a few nights and use it as a base to discover what Pienza and the Val D'orcia have to offer. Beds were very comfortable.

Great location being a 1minute walk to town entrance, clean and modern townhouse with nice finishing touches to make the place homely and inviting, plus a great outdoor area to sit and soak up the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
