The location of Holiday Home Adelaide is excellent. The property is located in an old residential building with classic local character, which gives it a unique and authentic feeling. The owner was also very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Public parking is available right outside the ZTL zone, reasonable price and 5~6 mins by walking.

Lucio has truly transformed this historic building into a little gem. We found it a pity that we only stayed two nights. The kitchen is spacious, the shower was excellent, and the mattress in the double bedroom was to die for. We arrived by bike and later than expected, but Lucio was very flexible, gave us a warm welcome, and shared some great local tips. The house is located right on the main street of the old town. Outside, it’s bustling with tourists browsing the shops in search of the perfect souvenir, but inside the house it is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful Historic Apartment in the Heart of Pienza”

A beautiful historic apartment in the heart of the old town. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, with supplies thoughtfully provided by the hosts. It’s only steps from stunning viewpoints and a great selection of restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Pienza. We were grateful for the early check‑in and the offer of a late check‑out, which made our stay even more comfortable. As with most historic buildings, there are stairs, but these are wide, gentle, and easy to manage. We loved our time in Pienza and hope to return when the weather is warmer.

The apartment is very aesthetically pleasing, with real, original 15th century frescoes decorating part of the walls and a perfect combination of traditional pieces of furniture and modern appliances. It was comfortable with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Just around the corner you will find the most stunning view of the Val d’Orcia.

Property was well situated and had great facilities - fully quipped kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, it was the host, Lucio, that added to the experience, he could have hardly had been more helpful.

Loved our stay at Lucio’s historic building apartment. The host was lovely from the moment we booked and very helpful giving us restaurant and parking recommendations, even meeting us at midnight to give us the keys. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had the best kitchen equipment, towels, hair dryer and even an ironing board. The bed is comfortable and the sheets crisp white and clean. The building is beautiful with Italian shutters in the heart of the town with the most stunning scenery and wine bar behind it. Would recommend staying here, 10 out of 10! This property is nearly 600 years old Ating from the founding of the town of Pienza. It’s been lovingly restored by the owners and hosts that is full of beautiful handmade touches some family heirlooms, but with the fully modernised bathroom and kitchen and heating system. Totally charming!
