Great location on main thoroughfare in town..comfortable bed and good bathroom..shared kitchen facilities with seating area so you can prepare own food etc..free coffee machine with capsules. Room had air con which was good as weather a little chilly.Good contact online with Francesca..

Everything was absolutely perfect! A special shoutout to Francesca (the staff) 🤣—she’s incredibly responsible, warm, and always ready to help. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and comfortable, right in the heart of Pienza. After watching the sunset at the best viewpoint, you can stumble back even late at night—it’s just 100 meters away 😁. Free coffee is provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped for use. For the price, this is hands down the best value in Pienza—especially if you don’t have a car, this is the place to stay. It’s also incredibly convenient for hiking into the Val d’Orcia right from town. All in all, I explored the charming town, sampled local wines, and hiked the Val d’Orcia. Highly recommend!

“Charming”

The property was charming and perfectly positioned in a very old building in the centre of the old town. It was lovely to have a shared dining area , kitchen and small balcony in addition to the spacious bedroom - which was very comfortable The best bit for us was our friendly host, who let us come in early and gave us great information about the town and places to eat

Well-located, easy access

Perfect location, close to parking lot and in the heart of the historic center. the host was very communicative, thankfully the room had a ceiling fan as well as a stand up fan so we were able to sleep well during the scorching summer nights. there is a fridge for your use in the common area of the place which was appreciated and potable water.
