“Different room than booked, missing amenities, poor invoice follow-up”
The communication after arrival was polite and the operator apologized for the situation. In the end, I had the shared unit to myself, so the space itself was manageable for one person. The check-in process was also relatively straightforward.

“Good location quiet and clean”
Bathroom ensuite, shared kitchen, fridge freezer microwave etc. Very clean, all common areas very clean. Quite place, good location. Walking distance to main street, buses all directions Bytom, Katowice etc. Lot's of shops around, farmscy. RECOMMEND POLECAM

“As somewhere to sleep it was perfectly adequate but a little disappointing for the reasons stated.”
Bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and the heating worked easily. Shower worked well and I got the right heat easily.

“Beyond our expectations”
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It had almost everything 5 people could wish for. Amazing studio apartment for the given price. Nice big room with 5 separate beds, closets for clothes. A PACKED kitchen with microwave, kettle, stovetop, full size refrigerator and lots of more. There was even a washing machine. We were very happy with our stay. The owner was great and quick to answer our phone call in need. He talked English which was amazing considering that we are not Polish.

Fantastic contact with a host. All we needed was delivered on the same day after sending a request by a message on booking. Room service, new towels delivered a few times during a 7-days stay. Kitchen well-equipped. Swimming pool cleaned regularly. Clean and comfy. TV with a smart TV option (possible to watch on a big TV screen movies from a smartphone). I recommend with all my heart 😍

“For the price they are asking, find something else!”
It was close to the high way, so for us the location was great. Check-in (if you can call it that) was great, just a key in a box. That's it... NOT worth the price they are asking.
