All local products offered in the room were literally with perfect quality! I loved everything, from soaps in the bathroom to the delicious bonbons!

Macey (?) the receptionist helped so much in bringing our luggage in . She is a fine person . So is Jake the manager . The breakfast tray outside the door was a nice touch

First breakfast was basic and ok, second was much better , property was beautiful, bathroom nice walkable location was good

The Cape is absolutely 😍🤩 will come back just for the overall feeling of the house.

“Very comfortable and elegant hotel”

Very elegant room and decor, and most importantly, a very comfortable and supportive mattress! We drove all the way from Toronto to Montreal and stayed in five hotels and this one was the one I slept the best. Also this hotel offers breakfast in bed which is great for traveling or vacationing! The staff was very good communicating and nice. the hotel location is a three minute walk to a local dt street. It was very good experience.

I loved all the little details in the room; chocolates, diffuser, tea, and coffee. and the breakfast was delicious and wonderfully presented.

Staying at The Cape was wonderful! From the very moment my wife and I stepped in, we were immediately taken aback by how special we felt, being recieved with such warm reception. Jake especially made it easier for us to make good decisions on where to go for dining and entertainment - really giving us a great Picton experience! The breakfast was also incredible with fresh locally sourced ingredients.

The location, the staff, the beautiful rooms, the service, everything was exceptional. I will definitely be back. We literally had access to the whole beautiful place. All the food was local! Delicious!

Great location - close to the town centre, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, and ice-cream shop! Onsite parking available. Beautiful exterior and interior space. Smooth check-in and check-out process. We did not have much interaction with the staff but the staff who facilitated our check-in process is very friendly. Many sweet touches in the room including welcome chocolates, notes, diffuser (with the best smelling essential oil blend provided), complimentary drinks (wide selection: sparkling water, beer, sparkling rose). High quality toiletry products. The breakfast spread was beautiful - locally grown ingredient gracefully arranged. Definitely a high-end and luxury experience.

Fabulous location. We were relocated at the Reach which is a gorgeous country house owned by CAPE. The personnel, Jake, was very pleasant and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

The bed was good.

Property and the room were gorgeous, staff were very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the town and where to go!

There were quite a few pleasant surprises. The room was exceptional.and beautifully decorated. The full breakfast was absolutely delicious and so elegantly displayed

The Booking.com site didn't let me know that the room I booked did not have an ensuite. One has to take a walk across the hallway and around the corner to the private bathroom. It was a non-refundable booking, so by the I realized, I could not modify my reservation without penalty.

The establishment is simply magical. It's simply phenomenal. Raymond took good care of me as I arrived late and couldn't find my way. The bedroom was just beautiful.
