“Unsuccessful”
We were greeted by a very rude and disrespectful lady. The house smelled of cigarettes and within 5 minutes my children's feet were already dirty as if we were outside. Everything was very old, especially the shower. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.

The owners are amazing; we had such a great time and will be returning!!! The communal firepit is amazing, you get to meet the other guests. Phenomenal experience, if you are unsure, book it!!!

“Long weekend getaway”
Our first time booking a cottage in PEC. Well supplied and maintained cottages. Short drive (or long walk) onto main strip of Picton and to Sandbanks. Very pet friendly location.

I love how quiet it was, even considering it is off a main road. The view was incredible, staff so nice and helpful. It was just 2 of us, so it was a perfect size :) Had all necessary amenities.

We had an awesome week in the studio cottage #1 August 26-31.. weather was excellent, sunsets were absolutely beautiful.. the cottage was exactly what we expected and loved the privacy and coziness being right in the water.. loved it so much we have booked another 2 weeks for next year 👍
