A small and cosy studio apartment with a mezzanine bedroom in the historic part of town. Very quiet and easy access to the duomo and castle. Ideal one night stop over when visiting Villa Romana del Casale.

Very pleasant accommodation in an authentic Sicilian house in a quiet street right in the city center. A good starting point for visiting the beautiful Villa Romana del Casale. The owner Massimo is very nice and willing to advise on travel and sightseeing. Thank you for everything!

Close to the centre. Car parking not far away in the square. Nice apartment. Provided a good travel cot and highchair for our baby (the later we didn't expect)

Perfect for our one night stay. We came to visit the Villa Romana (very easy by shuttle bus, which leaves nearby on the main road). By staying right in the historical centrum, we had plenty of opportunity to also explore the ancient streets of Piazza Armerina. The appartement itself was also a nice historic building, but renovated with a modern bathroom, airconditioning etc, making it hard to believe that it was once a donkey stable! 🫏 The friendly owner had some good recommendations for food and other things to do in Sicily. Contact was very pleasant overall, we were given an early check in and the offer to leave our bags at the owners house across the street if we wanted to stay past check out.

People make all the difference to an experience, and our host made our trip to Piazza Amerina ❤️. He was accessible by WhatsApp, warm and helpful via text and in person, enhancing our time in Sicily and suggesting ways to enjoy local and regional food and places. Having the little kitchen was great, wifi was solid, bed was comfy. Parking and driving instructions also helpful.

The property is very comfortable, in a quiet surrounding. We were very pleased with all the amenities, how the owners took care of us, and the amazing restaurant nearby! Just beware not to arrive here in a large car. We've had a lot of problems to move around with ours and we ended up scratching it trying to leave for Villa Romana del Casale - not a disadvantage of the property, just bad planning on our side :)

A nice comfortable house with 2 bedrooms (one utilises the living room, the other is upstairs in the mezzanine) situated in the old historic part of town. Free on street car parking a two minute walk away.
