The apartment is super clean and cozy. Gated with parking space so very convenient. Modern and user friendly decor and appliances. AC is super cool and the bed is very comfortable. Everything works perfectly. I was able to completely relax and even cook myself some comfy food when I wanted to. The host Roberto confirmed all the details I needed before I check in. Communication is amazing in terms of speed and accuracy. We agreed on check in and check out times and he shows up on time. He gave me a tour of the apartment when I checked in, everything was clear and no hassle. The area is gated so it is very quiet and safe. The pool area is clean and stylish. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

EVERYTHING IS WELL ORGANIZED AND THE OWNER IS REALLY NICE. THE PROPERTY HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED LIKE IF YOU ARE AT HOME. MY ONLY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE THAT OF A CONVENTIONAL OVEN, SO THAT THE KITCHEN WILL BE FULLY EQUIPPED.

The apartment is conveniently located, not too far from the city center. It's surrounded by a stunning garden with a beatiful view. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is comfortable and quite pretty.

It’s outside of Piazza Armerina which we preferred. We were travelling from Palermo to Syracuse and wanted to stop over somewhere near Villa Romana Del Casale. The place is perfect. You can easily spend a week there if you wish to have a slow holiday.

“A Genuine Miracle of a Stay”

The setting, beautiful, quiet location just on the edge of town, but another world -- beautiful and peaceful. Roberto, the host, was super accommodating and I can't say enough about the absolute perfection of the place. So much care to detail, space, comfort, and quality. One of the very top places we've ever had the pleasure of staying.

Must say that this was a last-minute booking, and the owner made contact straight away. Place was very easy to find, and had a very good area for free parking. The drive-in has a private gate so very secure. There is also a marvelous garden with the sound of silence. All one can hear is the trees and the birds. The pool was very nice to find and the pool area had everything you could have to enjoy the sun and relaxation. A haven indeed! The place was very clean outside and inside the rooms. It's arranged on the modern side, which i liked. The place is very well organized with more than everything you would need! Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, gas hob, oven, stereo, and cd's, games, books, tv, and so much more! The bed and pillows are sure to give you a well good sleep, too. Even found enough food to eat for breakfast! There is also a euro spin supermarket opposite the place. Must say that this is definitely a place to relax and a very good value for your money. The owner is a good English speaker too and very cooperative they message you straight away. I shall definitely be coming back to this place again! Oh, and it's also pet friendly too, but of course, pet owners should be respectful too to take care of this place just like i did! It's definitely a 5-star and more! Our stay for just one night was short. We enjoyed the room, and especially the beautiful garden.

“Peace and tranquility”

Very comfortable bed and settee. Really good shower and bathroom generally. Swimming pool. Wonderfully quiet location. Apart from Roberto and Sandra living above, you are the only tenants. What you see in the images is all your apartment. You are close enough for all the amenities and sites (villa Romana and Morgantina), but so peaceful and cool. A lot of basic items provided, such as butter.
