The location is safe and close to the airport with free shuttle to & from the hotel. There are 2 comfortable double sized bed with en-suite & hot water. It’s an aircon spacious room with wardrobe, tv, safe and empty fridge.

This was a disappointing experience. A hotel charging USA and UK prices but delivering service less than most countries are expected to deliver for the money. No Coffee or Tea facility in the room, one bath towel issued, If you want to make tea or coffee first thing, you have to go to reception where there is a kettle and you pay US 2 dollars. The pool was hardly in use as there were constant floaters in the water. I am disappointed that your company reputation will soon be damaged, having venues like that on your site without a relatstic overview of the premises. A very disappointed holiday experience.

Good bed, hot and good shower, excelent shuttle service (5 min from airport). Easy to get taxi to the city (local uber cost around 15 dollars each way and takes 30 min without traffic). Clean and comfy. Highly indicated for a short stay in Trinidad.

The bathroom had a funny smell. The bedroom was dirty especially the floor. The outdoor facility was dirty especially the pool area. It had bird feces on the chairs and tables so I couldn't even sit outside for some fresh air. The other guests were noisy with no consideration that it have others who just wanted peace and quiet

“OK for a few hours.”
We only used the room for a little under 3 hours due to a late arrival from Martinique (arrived at hotel around 22:40) and need to leave to airport at 01:30 for an 0340 flight. Enough time for a shower and a quick nap.
