Overview
Featuring pool with a view and views of pool, Angkor Rithy Residence is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Phumi Ta Phul, 2.8 km from King's Road Angkor. This bed and breakfast provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. African, American, Argentinian and Belgian dishes are served at the on-site restaurant. At the bed and breakfast, units are equipped with a desk and a TV. All units are equipped with a coffee machine, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while selected rooms are fitted with a balcony and some have sea views. At the bed and breakfast, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. There is a coffee shop, bar and lounge. For guests with children, the bed and breakfast features an indoor play area. “David couldn’t care less about the customer”
The whole experience. Even though I had booked & paid weeks in advance & had informed the owner I was arriving at night, I wasn’t expected. The gates were closed, lights were off & no one around. Leaving me driving around the city hoping I’d got the address wrong. I hadn’t. When I called David, he lied that he’d tried to email me, a response that doesn’t explain why no one was in. The room I was finally assigned wasn’t what I had booked. And it was filthy. I left that same night & David refused to refund my money. All he was concerned about was me leaving a negative review.

“DO NOT BOOK THIS AWFUL PLACE”
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE Absolutely the worst booking I ever made on here. This hotel has numerous listing's- read the reviews properly they sound the same right?? The driver they sent to pick me up from the airport was either drunk or could not see properly as he was swerving over the road. Anyway there are not 2 pools only one tiny pool with no comfortable seating. Also there is not a spa and wellness centre. The place is scruffy untidy and dirty. The balcony had a planter with a dead plant and about 100 cigarette butt's and dirty tissues. Overlooking corrugated river and some outdoor place with a lot of food in bags strewn round the floor and a few dogs who barked all night and if I went outside on the balcony. The manager was rude and had a terrible attitude - he told me I was a "fake tourist" who wanted luxury for $20 a night and would probably have intimidated some people. He also told me that if thi gs were dirty i could ask his staff and they would clean them. I got terrible food poisoning from the awful breakfast but had luckily moved to a really lovely hotel. I got no refund. This hotel is a scam. Do not book here. I have many videos of proof.

“Lovely place at a quiet area in Siem Riep”
It is a very lovely hotel, the owners and the staff are very kind and helpful! Had a very homey feeling. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom is really nice. Good desk and water cattle in the room, the AC worked very well. There is drinking water provided. Also, there is a nice roof to star the sky. Kitchen area and pool downstairs for common use. Had a very nice time here. :)

We had a great experience in Angkor Rithy we really enjoyed our stay , I'm staff were very friendly specially Povsam who look after all our needs and did a lovely day trip which was excellent.....I would highly recommend....

Came here for our honeymoon and anniversary. This place is spectacular and was our favourite stay in Cambodia. Facilities were great! Staff and owners were awesome, and we absolutely loved this place because of them.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the women who made the breakfast were generous and Pov Sem went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. He provided a tuk tuk service to a nearby restaurant (which was excellent food) at no charge, and he got me beer when I wanted and sandwiches which were also delicious. Pov Sem and the women working there really made my stay memorable.

The location - just off the main road to Angkor Wat - quiet, and calm The hotel - beautiful and classy The pool - a godsent in the scorching hot Cambodian weather A brisk 20 minute walk to the old town (Pub street/art market), if you are lazy, a tuktuk will take you there for a dolar or two (but i recommend to use the Grab app) A short 500m walk to the National Museum (go there before heading to Angkor Wat, so you won't need a guide there) Laundry service and food were available on-site, with a few local restaurants just around the corner.
