Staff were very unwelcoming. Acting like they didn't want to be there. Out of way location. Everything was a taxi trip. No toiletries in room. Only tea and coffee was on reception desk and of a low standard. Paid for 3 nights and only stayed on night. Had to change rooms because air con didn't work.

Excellent value for Phuket town. Located in a quieter residential neighbourhood, lots of local eateries within walking distance, and about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Special Thank You to the wonderful employees at the Reception Desk who made us feel welcome. Also, really happy with the room that was selected for us - thank you! We had a pleasant peaceful views from the 5th floor over to the hills and town. The room was very comfortable, and the best storage design - lots of shelves, drawers to keep your things organized. Free coffee and tea packets available from the Reception area. Very happy we chose this place to stay - being away from tourist crowds and noise provided us with the peaceful rest - thank you!

The rooms were spacious, and had good storage space in the room. It had a kettle, hair dryer and there is a microwave oven at the common reception area with a small section of food items. The staff was very welcoming.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms and all the amenities you’d need. Perfect value for money.

Good locatiom, very clean, I had a great view from my balcony. Quiet, I didn't hear my neighbours or street life. I was satisfied with my stay.

The property was very well located and near Phuket Town. It was very clean and quiet during the night. I really liked that they had scooter available for rent and also washing machines and dryers. We had really a great stay there

Two bottles of water are provided daily. There's a small shop downstairs with drinks. You can also warm up food and get hot tea downstairs. There's a grocery store five minutes away. A huge shopping mall is a 15-minute taxi ride away. The city center and the square, which often hosts events, are within walking distance. This area is convenient for Wat Chalong and numerous elephant and other animal sanctuaries. Monkey Hill is nearby. I stayed in two rooms and highly recommend this hotel. - very clean - very lovely staff - great elevator - great bad - good heater - great balcony - no mold

Cleanliness and accessible to every nice spot of Phuket. Around 20mins of walk but easy access by scooter. Laundry service and parking too. The staff was very helpful when we arrive and did last minute reservation. Nice hotel I do recommend.
