“Brilliant clean comfortable stay with amazing staff. Great location.”

The hostel was located in a very convenient area for the old town and nearby shops such as 7 eleven. There were many restaurants near and the hostel was above the neighbours cafes which also looked amazing. The room and bathroom was very clean and well looked after. They had facilities such as washing machine and dryer which was handy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, we couldn’t have had a better experience.

This is not a Hostel, it's a Dorm on the top of a restaurant. I wouldn't recommend stay here.

The good part was really the staff who received us as if we were from home, very attentive indeed! We stayed 3 nights at the hostel and took the opportunity to have breakfast and lunch there once. Breakfast is good, but expensive for the area and for what it’s really worth

The place is very nice, the staff are friendly and the location is perfect if you want to stay in Phuket Old Town. The washing machine worked perfectly. The mattress is REALLY hard, so bear that in mind if you are sensitive.

“Bed bug alert!”

At check-in, at the reception they give you a paper sheet to read and sign, stating that there is a possibility of bed bugs in the beds. You won't get a refund for the room rate if you decide to change accommodation. I asked the receptionist if she could give me a room without bed bugs. I spent the night in the 6-bed dorm. Within a short time, staying in the bed, I was surrounded by dozens of bed bugs crawling around in the bed. I immediately moved to another free bed in the room. But after a few minutes, bed bugs crawled out of the mattress there too. I immediately moved to another free bed a third time. This bed was also infested with bed bugs. So the receptionist knew very well about this. Apparently, the bed bug problem has been going on for a while. But nothing is being done or cleaned. Also there are no refunds and there is no possibility to cancel in booking. They continue to sell dorm beds on Booking, even though the problem with bedbugs has been going on for months. So it's kind of a scam, I think.

Lovely location in budget, we only don't like that we have to leave the shoes downstairs.

Its a restaurant building turned half of it which is the above level into hostel and you will notice this from the toilets its a restaurant toilet. It just sucked along with the shower which is tiny with no hangers to hang your fresh clothes and towel and I told this to the receptionist who suggested to hang my clothes and towel in the balcony but I can not take a shower and run out naked to the balcony to grab my towel and clothes can I? She didn't understand the concept of having hangers inside the shower. So my only suggestion for the hostel owner is to renovate the shower make a proper ones. The rooms didnt seem to have any ventilation, so one smelly guy and thats it the whole room will stink and it did when I arrived. The AC can only be turned on from 7pm until morning, thats a minus and its dead hot in there. What if someone want to stay inside during the day and go out in the evening? Lastly, change the pillows to a slightly softer one.
