This apartment offers everything you need for comfortable living. The full kitchen is complemented by convenient external laundry facilities. Climate control is excellent with two air conditioning units throughout the space. The living area features a comfortable sofa and compact dining table, while a small balcony provides outdoor access. The bathroom is well-maintained, and the bedroom includes built-in wardrobe storage.
