“Value for money, but would look for something else”
The hotel was walking distance from the Old town, but in a quiet area. Local shops and convenience stores close by. The bed was comfortable, spacious room. Free soft ice cream in the reception

“Amazing stay close to old town phuket shopping street”
The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked out but they still kept our luggage safely as our flights were delayed

The staff made my stay ten times better. I’m a solo traveller and the staff made me feel safe during my stay. They have security throughout the night. The staff even helped to take my pictures since I was travelling alone. I would really recommend this property to people. The location is just near to Phuket old town. Very quiet and peaceful location. Breakfast was also good.

“Lovely boutique hotel in fab location”
Loved our room with pool access on the 1st floor. Unusual silky bathrobes! Room had lots of modern facilities including a variety of lighting options. Staff super friendly and accommodating the receptionist took me to a local tailor to help with communication to get a T-shirt altered. Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the town. Free ice cream daily in reception and a welcome drink was appreciated. Breakfast buffet was nice and hot food cooked to order.

“Fantastic stay in Phuket, would return!”
We loved our stay in Ratri as a young couple visiting Thailand for the first time. Staff were very attentive, coming to get bags from the taxi, welcome drink, and free mocktail at the pool bar. Facilities are great, room is modern, spacious and well equipped. Pool is great, not very busy which was nice. Location is perfect, right next to the old town, 5 min walk to centre, definitely the best part of Phuket to stay in, would recommend.

Very happy with hotel and good value for money. However, it would have been helpful to have more regular shuttle bus as taxis were quite expensive.
