“Horrible!!”
Review? To be honest, this hotel isn’t even worth the time it takes to review it!! It started the moment we arrived, when the staff seemed more preoccupied with themselves than with us. It’s also worth mentioning that you only get ONE key card! This makes a holiday as a couple incredibly difficult, as we were constantly forced to do everything together. When we were shown to our room, I was horrified to find that the shower was still wet and there were countless hairs in the bath. The room was dusty and the small pool was completely filthy (which is why we didn’t use it). Complaints are simply ignored, as hardly anyone speaks English. Communication takes place via WhatsApp – more or less. On the very first day, our towels were simply taken away during ‘room cleaning’, but no new ones were left. Quite apart from the fact that neither of us felt that anything had been cleaned at all (otherwise the hair would surely have been noticed by now!), our towels were left on the washbasin shelf – because, mind you, there’s nothing to hang them on either... As if that weren’t enough, I felt so ill yesterday after our second night in this so-called hotel that we considered calling an ambulance in the middle of the night. I’d ordered scrambled eggs in the morning and then went on an excursion – I hadn’t eaten anything else during that time, only had a drink. About six hours after that breakfast, my health took a drastic turn for the worse. Everything came on within minutes: from vomiting, through severe diarrhoea, muscle cramps and joint pain, right up to a fever. I was in such agony that, at over 30 years of age, I couldn’t stop crying – at this point, a huge thank you (note: sarcasm) for an incredibly severe case of food poisoning!!! This hotel really ought to be sued. On top of that, I was found to have bedbug bites.

We would like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful gesture in helping us celebrate my partner's birthday. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find our room beautifully decorated, complete with a towel birthday cake, elegant swan towel arrangements, and a birthday card. This personal touch was greatly appreciated and made the occasion feel even more special. It was a wonderful welcome and a memorable start to our stay.

The members of stuff were all polite and helpful. Nice swimming pool, mocktails and the breakfast was also solid. We enjoyed the hotel environment, it was relaxing. It was a nice touch to have a happy honeymoon message presented on the bed.

“I really recommend!”
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Also it was very nice to see how good they took care of the cats here! The private pool is also a highlight! The breakfast was good, but there weren’t so many vegetarian options.
