“Good location, comfy beds | Bad smells, no hot water”

Really good location for getting to the Old Town and bus to the airport and 7 Eleven is right outside. Double beds in my dorm which was a nice surprise.

Friendly staff and a lovely community vibe. The staff were accommodating and assisted with my requests throughout my stay. The guests were also friendly, making it a great place for solo travellers. It’s affordable, centrally located, and easy to walk around Old Phuket Town from here, while still being tucked just off the main street so it stays reasonably quiet. The pool is a great bonus for cooling off in the heat. I also stayed in the pool-access room, which was a really unique and enjoyable experience having direct private access to the pool while relaxing and listening to music with other guests created a very chilled and social atmosphere. The second night I moved to the Superior Room on Level 3, which was quiet and had a nice view with plenty of fresh air. It’s a great private room option for one or two people. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Beds are comfortable. They have a lot of bad reviews but mine was great and blanket was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice. Super close to old town. Markets. Restaurant. Pharmacy. Mall. Exchange house.

Staff was very friendly, location was pretty good, we had the double bed dorm which was really comfortable i got to say.

We stayed in a double bunk room that had x6 beds. There was limited floor space, however, our dorm was not full during our stay so this was not an issue for us. There was a bathroom in our bedroom with additional bathrooms on each floor but we found these could have been kept on better condition. The accommodation had a sunny pool area which was never busy and a lovely addition to a city stay. If you are looking to stay in Old Town Phuket, this is a perfect, affordable location near bus terminal 1. An added bonus - we arrived during Songkran and there was a free outdoor festival, something we would never have found otherwise 😊

Big comfy bed, kettle, fridge, toiletries, toilet roll, towels. Small, clean swimming pool. We had a private room, but communal facilities looked good and attractive decor. Storage space outside to leave shoes. Quiet peaceful area. Good access to buses and boats for transport. Old Town pretty area

I had a great time, the staff was very nice the lounge and the pool is also great. It’s also near the old town just 5-10 min walk and you are there. And for the price you paid I think it’s the best hotel you can possibly have at this price I would definitely recommend

The room had an excellent concept for light and comfortable sleep. If only that one costumer over my bad could have switched his tiktok american republican shit on mute, it would have been the greatest stay.
