This was not just a house – it was a truly beautiful and comfortable residence! Very spacious and bright, with large rooms (most of them with private bathrooms) and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was big, fully equipped and very functional. Outside there was a large, clean pool with sun loungers and a huge terrace where everyone could relax in the shade. The property was surrounded by greenery and a lovely orchard with fruit trees. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The host was amazing – very kind, helpful and always quick to respond. It was the best place I have ever stayed in – I highly recommend it and will definitely come back! 🌴💛

“Excellent Villas”

Loved, loved loved these villas. They had everything you could need in them. Nothing was a problem if you needed to contact the host. The supermarket was about 15 mins walk away which had a good selection and they told us just to phone them and they would deliver anything we needed. Their was restaurants and takeaways nearby. Area was very safe to walk around in, even at night. If you needed to go anywhere, the host put us in touch with a driver and took us to Aya Napa and protaras for a great price. Going back in 2027

We went as a group of 2 families to Orchard Blossom Villas and had the best time! Villas are beautiful, so much space for us all and everything you could need. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. Nothing was too much to ask. Would definitely return.

Very nice villa with huge pool. Management was very responsive and helped to solve an issue with pool lights very quickly. Good restuarant right next to the villa. Short ride to towns and beaches.

Great space,all you need. Great garden with fruit trees. We had the 2 villas and the swimming pool for our own with full privacy. Restaurant and supermarket in village walking distance from the villas. Less than 15 min from Aya-napa/40 min from Larnaca/Airport.

The two villas with private pool, just for our group, were absolutely perfect. The grounds with mature plants, flowers and trees provided tranquil surroundings There was plenty of outdoor space and more than enough sun loungers Both villas were very well equipped and huge inside. with good air-con The next-door restaurant, Papas, sorted us out with take away on our first night and we had another few meals from there throughout our 2-week stay. Excellent local beaches were all 15-30 minutes drive away and Larnaca was near enough for a couple of dinner and shopping trips.. We made full use of the pool, large enough for several of us to enjoy all at once! Martha, the owner based in the Uk, and Katie, the property manager in Cyprus, were so welcoming and responsive to all our questions and requests durbefore and during our stay. It was an incredibly lucky find for our group of 15 (3 families plus grandparents). we would highly recommend and would stay again.

A pair of extremely modern villas. Equipped to a very high standard, especially the luxury kitchen which has all the possible accessories ... Very spacious rooms, lots of toilets and showers. The rooms are clean and have air conditioners in each room. The yard is amazing in its beauty, grass, fruit trees and a well-kept and flowering garden. Huge swimming pool, sun loungers and luxurious seating areas. Perfect place for a family vacation. Location is about a ten minute drive to Ayia Napa and about a twenty minute drive to Proters.
