Our stay at Bann Rai was simply perfect. The facility is located slightly outside the center of Phrae but has a unique tranquility and view. The owners welcomed us warmly and were super helpful throughout our stay. The bungalows are new, well-maintained, and equipped with all kinds of amenities. Breakfast was excellent and VERY plentiful. This place is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility and we will definitely return to visit this province 🙏♥️

Quiet, scenic

“Terrible”

If you want to have a comfortable stay, this is not the place to go 1. The roof is leaking when it rains 2. The lamp on the nightstand is often not working 3. General problem with the electrical wiring. Have to switch 5 times for it to work 4. The bed is as soft like a rock 5. They don’t refill the shampoo and showergel 6. It’s like a sauna even when the ac is on. 7. You are expected to eat breakfast at 8am latest otherwise you get nothing. 8. No one is around when you have a question. We left 1 day early. I would never go here again.

“Peaceful and lovely place to stay”

We stayed for for one week and really enjoyed it. The houses are very comfortable and well taken care of. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of places to sit and relax. The hosts were very attentive and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning with eggs, croissant, fresh, fruits, porridge and some veggies. The place is a little outside the city center which was exactly what we needed to relax after long days out. We would definitely come and stay again if we are in the area again!

Had a lovely modern wood room with huge veranda overlooking pond area, very quiet place and perfect to relax. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Restaurant next door was good or can walk into town.

Breakfast offers two options. We've stayed here twice now and the western style breakfast with a mixture of Thai is excellent.

The resort is located on the outskirts of the city surrounded by rice fields. It is very quiet and peaceful. No loud vehicular noise from main roads. The villa-style accommodations are beautifully appointed with all the modern amenities. The breakfast is made fresh and is probably one of the healthiest meals we've had in the morning. The staff/owners are very friendly making this a memorable stay.

“Great place to stay in Phrae”

Lovely quiet location with lovely garden overlooking ricefields with really helpful and friendly people. A must is to visit Chum chao luang museum and take tourist bus which leaves at 10am and 2pm run by volunteers payment a donation to main tourists sites in central phrae.

One of the best accommodations I've stayed at. It has a feel of a true oasis. You will get everything you need and much more. Both the room and the bathroom are very spacious and modern. There are many treats waiting for you in the room, homemade lemonade, biscuits, potato chips, grapes and much more. The breakfast offers nice variety, and it's delicious and filling. The staff and the owners treated me with respect and well. I recommend to everyone!
