“Great value”
it was exceptionally good value for money. The situation is good in a quiet location but still close to the sights of Ayutthaya and local restaurants.There is coffee and coffee making facilities available in the communal area at all times.

“Cozy and welcoming accommodation”
Cozy and welcoming accommodation, simple but charming, in an excellent location close to the historic city center. It has a private parking space. The owner is very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was more than satisfactory.

I had a nice stay here! The environment was nice and had a great location. The host was friendly and welcoming and I felt very relaxed and at home. Simple and comfy budget stay :)) Would stay again!

Although we had paid for a family room to be ready for when we checked in late that night, they had given the room to someone else and the bathrooms in both rooms they gave us were a bit unclean

Actually the place is better than I expected. Simple rooms but totally worth the price. Excellent value for money. The owner lives at the property and is helpful.

The host Kai, is very good person. I arrive earlier but andd he let me check in immediately. The price is amazing for what you get. I was solo but in a family apartment. Breakfast cooked by Kai himself. And Ayutthaya is amazing!
