Beautiful traditional bungalows in a natural and peaceful location close to the river with restaurants nearby. Staff were really kind and helpful.

Beautiful place and great host

Comfy, great location. Rented a moped for 200baht a day was great. Beautiful setting. No breakfast was available when we stayed. Great for budget place for a few nights.

I liked the old trees, the schade, cthe Position of my, room which faced to the big Veranda and the sliding door, facing to the other side The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The accimodation i a "real" Old palace.

Very nice and helpfull owner. Excelent food.

“Good and Bad Points”

The place had character if that's what you like. The bed was more comfortable than commonly found at other Hotels/Resorts. The bathroom, although nothing special, was a decent size and larger than the average bathrooms elsewhere.

“Great location, good value.”

The hotel is very close to Ayutthaya Historical Park. You can rent a bicycle for 50 baht and see most everything at the park in a day. It was peaceful and quiet, clean and comfortable. They offer a nice breakfast for 100 baht. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Nice bedding

A quiet and peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and the staff are kind as well. The property has a terrace to relax in the afternoons and evenings and they also rent out mopeds if needed.

Lovely spacious room, really quiet location but a short walk, cycle, tuk tuk, grab to all the ruins and the old city. Friendly staff, nothing about the rooms, staff or location to fault. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

Nice, quiet place. Decent sized room. Clean. It was a corner room so there was lots of natural light (Although the patio windows mean that you might want to use the curtains if there are a lot of guests around). Fast WiFi. It had more of a local feel than a generic hotel.

The lady who manages it was so kind, property is in a great location and you can rent a bike or moped directly from the hotel.

Its a very charming place, very quiet and not so busy. It is not very central, but you can rent a bike and you are in the city center in approximately 10 min. they provide water in reuseable water bottles. Very clean, very super friendly. Breakfast is ok. I would come back anytime

The owner is very helpful, sorted out all my travels and tours for me, very welcoming and kind. The resort is beautiful with so many plants and trees, very relaxed and peaceful

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice staff. I think what I liked most was being around a bit of nature, despite it being in a city. Whilst sitting on the patio at night, I saw a very large tokay gecko, which was great. Some nice bird life, too.
