“Exception A grade, superior friendly service, stunning accomodation 💓💓💓”

This was an exceptional stay. Every part of the experience was incredible. The staff were the friendliest and most accomodating I have ever come across… any part of the world. The food was absolutely surreal, from lunch to dinner to breakfast. I came here for work but will be coming back again with family and recommending to all that I come in contact with. Incredible!!

This is a perfect short getaway. We stayed in one of the private pool rooms overlooking the river which was delightful. everything gets full marks. The room is excellent, staff are great, food is very good with great choice for breakfast (by the river). Plenty of parking with some covered although I didn't spot any charging facilities.

This hotel has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The only delicious thing in breakfast is Moo ping and sticky rice.

The staff are very attentive, but only when they understand you so rhe Restaurant is letdown by the lack of English speakers so the wrong thing turns up Regularly at breakfast The breakfast offered however is fabulous and beautifully presented …once they understand what you want and that is a challenge. The design of the restaurant like the rest of the hotel is beautiful and it has a wonderful spot overlooking the river. Dinner, is expensive and it certainly not the best food in the area but you would need to take a taxi or have a hire car to go anywhere else as the hotel is literally a tiny island in the middle of a confluence of two very gentle rivers …. which is rather wonderful when you stay here We hired a car to get anywhere but the one occasion when I took a taxi I spent 30 minutes going in a circle on a magical round trip because the directions that I had given to Reception were not conveyed correctly to the taxi driver who spoke no English and could not read Thai. I never reached my destination and had to return to the hotel Again misunderstanding of English was a recurrent theme at this hotel I recommend if you stay here to download the LINE app and request anything you want in writing on the line app as that seemed to have a better result, but of course you can’t use that in the hotel restaurant This is nothing to take away from the intention of the staff to help you as much as possible, but it’s just difficult when they don’t understand anything you’re saying and they don’t tell you when they don’t understand you. I did use Google translate so that they could read it in Thai, but I think some of the staff can’t read in Thai so that doesn’t really help either. The response from Reception when using the LINE app was exceptionally good 👏👏👏 Diana in particular at Reception should be highly praised and the owners of this hotel are lucky to have her

“Great property and location”

We stayed in the three bedroom, two floors unit with private swimming pool. The accommodation was well located at the end of the island surrounded by river on all sides. It was magnificent. All 3 bedrooms were completely separated with their own space but still in the same compound of the unit. I love the set up. The living room and the outdoor seating areas were huge. Plenty of cushions and outdoor furnitures provided.

Super cool place with really nice rooms and really nice staff. They were very helpful with our bags and served us some cold towels and pandan tea when we arrived. They had also decorated the bed for us since it was our honeymoon, which was a nice touch. I can’t understate also how nice the private pool with the river view was. If you stay here you need to get one of those rooms. It was totally worth it!
