Everything was amazing. The room was great with a fluffy bed. The bathroom clean with all service. There were even the Coton swabs. Internet was super fast 500 mbps! There is a family handling the guest house. They are super cute with an amazing daughter. They were super available, giving us tips about the city or how the public transportation works. They have a free bike rental system. It was great to explore the city by bicycle. The breakfast is occidental style, super good ! Stop looking this is the place where you should stay!

“Perfect place”

I felt welcomed and safe. My room was clean, bright, spacious, quiet at night. Good silent aircon with a lot of regulating possibilities. I liked the free bikes, good breakfast, squirrels running on the tree beside my window, tranquility. Best accommodation in Thailand so far!

“Excellent stay with kids”

Super friendly family hosts. Great rooms and beds. Bicycles for us to use for free to see the temples, also for our 9 and 11 year old kids. Plus a nice breakfast! The car parking was super close to the rooms.

Warm welcome, provided good information. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, clean pool, clean environment happy to come back again when in Chiang Rai. Enjoyed our stay.

“A boutique oasis in a royal city”

Excellent/helpful service, clean, perfect bed, quiet, nice neighborhood, little terrace to sit on, good home cooked breakfast, bikes to be used to travel around the city, free bottled water throughout the day. Super value for money.

“What a great find!”

Everything! This is a really lovely hotel. A wonderful find. The room was large, beds comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. Outside there were chairs and table just for us and a communal seating breakfast area, which looked out over ancient ruins. This area was also very clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic, it was the best I've had in this type of hotel. Fresh fruit, fresh coffee, juice, cereal, toast, eggs and hotdogs cooked to order...delicious! The owner family, were just lovely as well. Nothing would have been to much trouble, they were so smiley and welcoming. They also had a selection of bicycles available to borrow. I say this place is exceptional, not because it was perfect, but because for the money it was exceptional value and the owners deserve nothing less than the highest praise.

The owner is very friendly. They are always extremely accommodating and welcoming. The service is exceptional. They offer free bicycles, and upon check-in, they immediately offered me water. At breakfast, the owner came right over, cut up some fruit, and served it to me. Highly recommended!

You can tell they are truly dedicated hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experience. The location ist just a short walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring so convenient. The guesthouse itself has such a cozy, homey atmosphere that made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. One small concern we had was parking, as it wasn't clearly indicated on their website. However, this turned out to be no problem at all! The owner immediately stepped in to help and personally guided us to a parking spot just around the corner - such thoughtful service! The personal touch and genuine care from this lovely family made our trip truly special. We felt so welcomed and well looked after. This is exactly the kind of authentic, heartwarming experience you hope for when traveling. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable stay with wonderful hosts!

This place was simply perfect! The location is unbeatable - central yet quiet, so you can relax and still be close to everything. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. “Authentic experience”

Great location, you are right next to the sites and you can borrow bikes ! The rooms are very spacious with a nice bathroom, you even have a TV with access to Netflix which was a nice bonus. The staff is very nice and breakfast is good. You can book a boat tour through them for 200 BHT (+ 100 BHT for the tuk tuk bringing you to the pier) which takes you to 2 temples and a historical site and is much worth it !

Very helpful hosts. They let us leave the luggage for a little bit longer.
