We had an amazing time staying with Van. We moved to a deluxe room to have a more comfortable bed. Van organised two different outings for us and it was wonderful having him as our tour guide. It really made our time in Ayutthaya so special. Shout out to Nancy & Japan too for a great day out.

We stayed at this guesthouse after a recommendation from a friend, and it turned out to be a really great experience. The owners were super friendly and helpful, and they gave us some awesome recommendations for activities we probably would have missed otherwise. The house is in a great location — only about 200 meters from Wat Ratchaburana and within walking distance of the Ayutthaya Historical Park. There’s also a small restaurant right in front of the guesthouse, which was really convenient for breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend eating there too. On the other side of the street, there’s a laundromat where you can leave your clothes in the washing machine, head back to the hotel, and return about 30 minutes later to pick them up — super easy and convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ayutthaya.

We had a great stay in Ayutthaya! The location was perfect. From our stay we could visist the whole city. We even rented bikes here for very cheap! The room is basic but you've got everything that you need. The staff is so kind! They are very helpful and eager to help where needed. The pool is an amazing add on! We even could swim when we already checked out.

“Friendly hosts, Comfortable guest house, great location”

Lovely hosts, very welcoming, informative about the surroundings and we felt comfortable and at home. Local street food stall was delicious and we were lucky to be there when a local festival was happening and it was nice to sit amongst the local people soaking up the atmosphere. The pool was a nice bonus to cool off at the end of a very warm day.

Mr Vanns and Nancy are excellent hosts! They go out of their way to inform you on all you need to know about your stay in Ayutthaya. They suggested lots of nice restaurants which we visited, and a great boat tour to go and see several temples. We also were able to rent a motorbike with them for our stay. The room was nice and clean, there is a lovely pool to cool off in after visiting temples in the sun. And the location is close to several temples. We had had great stay and would definitely come again when visiting Thailand!

Great location within walking distance to the main temples. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a large drying rack which was handy.

“Just a transit layover”

The owners were very nice. This was a last minute reservation and they did all they could to accommodate us. It was a quiet stay. We just needed a place for one night as we were only staying to rest in-between our travel from Chiang Mai to Hua Hin. The AC in one room was good and the not good in the other.

The staff were lovely, offered advice on what to do, and see. We rented a scooter from them, with ease. Access to a lovely pool if you have time and want to cool off after sightseeing. Fantastic coffee shop at the end of the road, serving great coffees and v good food.

Convenient location. Swimming pool. Easy walking distance to central attractions and the night market. Car parking available. The host was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local spots to explore.
