“A traditional building near to the centre”

We only spend one night in this hotel, which is located in a desoltaed area, although near to the centre. The building is quite traditional, with lots of woodwork, but it was hard to close the roomdoors. Staff is really friendly and breakfast is quite nice. Its possible to use the shower after check-out and to store luggage.

Walking distance to the historic area and the market - generous cooked breakfast and friendly staff - authentic building built around a tree. Great value :)

We loved how cozy, small, and authentic this place felt. The small team makes you feel at home immediately and they are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is not a large buffet, but you can choose from several options and everything is freshly prepared. The rooms and interior are not luxueus but charming and authentic. You can also rent bicycles at the property, which is perfect because the location is excellent for exploring the temples and the city by bike.

The place has the perfect Thai traditional vibe, the manager is helpful, and the cat there let you pet her. The room is clean and quiet, nice place for a retreat.

Room was quiet, spotlessly clean, well equipped and immersed in bird chatterings percolating through the trees. Real supply of hot water in the bathroom which didn't disappear after a matter of seconds. Breakfasts are a mix of Western/Asian tastes. Hosts were courteous, attentive and helpful. High quality/price ratio.

The motel is part of a set of buildings in typical Thai style and the room I stayed in was very spacious and quiet with a large bathroom. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful in explaining where to go in Ayutthaya and I rented a bicycle from the hotel to get around the city and visit the temples and the museums. You could choose for either a Thai option or eggs for breakfast with a healthy fruit plate, coffee and some juice. I paid a lot more than I could have, had I ordered a transfer from Bangkok airport to the motel through the motel's own pickup service. Unfortunately I managed that through 12asia ending up paying a lot more, almost double, didn't know that, so keep that option in mind.

The design of the place is very charming. The wood interiors of the rooms is warm and inviting. Everything was very clean. The location was fantastic and had free parking. Lovely fruit tray came with breakfast.

Unusual hotel in lovely surroundings

Friendly and super helpful hosts. Pointed us in the right direction for attractions, restaurants, and renting bicycles, and helped us get back to the station when we left. Ayutthaya was amazing to see and I am glad we stayed for a few nights rather than making a day trip from Bangkok.

Cosy, clean, easy to access, and well priced. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kind. Paul was a great host and helped me plan out my visit to Ayutthaya. Definitely recommend hiring a bicycle.

This place was a real surprise! First of all, all the staff we met was super! The manager, Mr. Chirdsak, was very kind and welcoming (and suggested taking the boat tour, which we really enjoyed!). Thor was incredibly helpful when we needed info about trains/buses, or simply an extra towel. Coco was also very nice! Thanks for making us feel at home! Second, the location was spotless and very convenient to reach the main temples or other attractions like the night market. Lastly, breakfast (a traditional Thai one) was excellent and homemade! Thanks!
