“Great value traditional style house”

Great location in a traditional style house. Owner and his son incredibly helpful, and also arranged a really good value river cruise/ tour. Plenty of food options nearby, night market a ten minute walk away, 7/11 a five min walk. A/c worked well, comfortable bed, fridge and coffee making facilities in the room. Good shower with shampoo and shower gel provided.

Very comfortable room, clean and set in a typical Thai house. 10 minutes by walk to Ayatthaya ruins. Bicycles are available for guests (I recommend to use bycicles, it’s the best way to visit the city).

I'm always sorry to give some negative opinion, and it's very rare, because I too, being a host of different structures, always inform myself first and understand certain situations... Unfortunately this time I was very disappointed by this stay and as I read in previous reviews by the less than hospitable behavior of the host, I've been traveling in South East Asia for 2 months but it's the first time. As soon as I arrived the host was rude and not very hospitable, he didn't give me any information about the area, he is only interested in renting motorbikes, bicycles and selling bus tickets... I rented a scooter at much higher prices than other shops, upon delivery he immediately demanded my money in an arrogant and rude way, later I verified that the scooter was very dangerous, without brakes, smooth wheels and during the journey he lost the key!! He also wanted it to be returned with a full tank of petrol when he gave it to me delivered 3/4.. very dishonest.. I risked having an accident several times and I have 3 motorbikes that I have been using for over 30 years!! For the rest, the bathroom is miserable, unhygienic, the room is not soundproofed at all, you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, the air conditioning is aimed at the bed and you can't use it because it's annoying. the host should change profession, perhaps work in the fields. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

Centrally located in Ayutthaya, close to the night market and within walking / cycling distance of the temples. Good rooms with good AC. Overall a good place to base yourself for visiting the city.

We absolutely loved the stay. Clean, comfortable, great location, and with the host, it’s just naturally a place we feel we could trust and relax. We also appreciated the boat tour from 4-6pm (200baht/person) which was really nice.
