It was a lovely place to stay. The host gave us a lovely welcome back (our second stay) and the room was perfect, again. Location is great for exploring the attractions but in a quiet area for goos sleep. Perfect.

Very nice and comfortable room. Aircon works perfect and without noise. Rooms spotless clean. With a pretty Common Veranda where you can have coffee and tea in the daytime. Night market and 7/11 just around the corner. 10 Minutes walk to Wat Mahatat. Kitia, the host, is very helpful and does her best to make your stay perfect. Provides with all relevant information, tuktuk and what one could need. Thanks Kitia! Loved my time at your wonderful home.,

Super comfortable, quiet, and incredibly kind host - felt like a real home stay. Location is good, light breakfast provided, the bed was SO COMFY!!!

We had a great stay. Location is good for sight seeing. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable. Very comfy bed and good shower. Owner was very welcoming and provided extras for free including coffee, breakfast 😋 and water. We would highly recommend and are looking forward to returning.

Great location! Great lady and all you need is available

Quiet, cozy hotel just a short stroll from the main temples. Lots of greenery and many birds in the little garden. The staff were amazingly helpful—when we arrived with a flat tyre on our rental car, they greatly assisted us in dealing with the car rental company.

“Wonderful authentic experience”

It’s my second time in Ayutthaya and I really enjoyed returning to Ban Boonchu to spend three relaxing days. The homestay is fantastic, clean, quiet and the owner is very nice. There’s tea and coffee for free with a light breakfast offered in the morning.

“Brilliant place with fantastic location”

The property has a fantastic location very near the temple ruins and there is a bike car just down the road. The proprietor was very very helpful and friendly, the room was lovely and we were provided with tea and coffee, there was also a free breakfast in the morning consisting of fruit and a roll. Just round the corner there is a fantastic night market where you can get food and other amazing stuff.

It was very nice and quiet. Surrounded by nature. The room and amenities were top class. The one night we stayed was raining heavy. It was a very nice vibe all around.

“Great room with plenty of space and super clean”

We stayed only one night at this property, a family of 3 people touring around Thailand. The room was basic but spotless. It did have a very large private balcony/terrace (bathroom is accessible by the balcony, but it is covered, not openair) and every thing was beyond our expectations. The lady owner was very very nice and helpful. We also had (it was not included in our reservation) some fresh fruit in the morning and coffee. The place is a stone-throw from Ayutthaya monumental old city and a block away from a night market where, suggested by the owner, we likely had our best dinner in 15 days in Thailand (and the cheapest!!!). If you are not looking for luxury and but are looking for a place where everything is clean and quiet, this is a wonderful place. A pity we didn't stay longer.

“Relaxing”

It was a lovely and relaxing place to stay. The two ladies were wonderful and tried to assist with everything I enquired about. The one free laundry service was very helpful too.

It was just perfect for the price. We loved it. It’s a small property but very tastefully kept. The house lady was very thoughtful in putting all the things of basic necessity and some more. She planned our brief stay perfectly. There is no free breakfast included but she still kept fresh bananas and rice cake along with morning tea for us! The location is within 10 minutes walking from Wat Mahathat which was perfect for us!
