Baan Thai House is in excellent location, set amongst lush surroundings. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The restaurant cooks a lovely breakfast and an even better lunch.

A piece of heaven. I stayed alone for only 2 days. The staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. There were pockets in the ground where I could sit and relax. The food was cheap and superb (and so was the wine). I felt like I'd stayed for a week, I was so refreshed after my stay. I'd had a weekend in Thailand ahead of heading to Bangkok on business. I'm so very glad I booked this Thai hotel and not one of the generic global corporate hotels in a busy/dusty Bangkok. This enabled me to arrive with no jetlag for my meetings. I felt priviledged.

Incredibly friendly staff, happy to assist with bikes and support to access local attractions. Room was comfortable and well equipped and breakfast was lovely.

Loved the quiet location and beautiful gardens . Fantastic spacious room . Staff amazing were happy to help with days out and organise tuk tuks etc . We used the free bikes and took them to the ancient temples via the railway line and water taxi . Also recommend sunset river cruise

This place is truly a paradise on earth. The grounds are beautiful, rooms comfortable, so much care is put by staff and service is 5 star. Also the food in restaurant is delicious and cheap. Be sure to book the private boat tour at sunset. Only regret is not staying longer! Thank you to all the staff that made this a beautiful stay.

Perfect stay. Beautiful property with well designed and maintained garden,lake . Lots of flowers and birds .Very well located just outside the town with easy and nice ride through bicycle going across nice residential place, crossing at train station and taking the boat with your bike to cross the river. Bungalow with beautiful balcony over the lake and a lot of charming places in the main building and in the garden .After the ride in the town the swimming pool was very nice. We had diner in the restaurant simple but good and well prepared. Most of all , all people were so nice and provided help and advice with real kindness.We would have loved to stay longer.

Fabulous place, very tranquil, yet only a short hop from Ayutthaya's historical centre. Beautiful grounds. The staff are fantastic, very receptive and organised. Delicious lunch and dinner available. Very good massages.

We lived everything about the property. We had a stunning ‘lake view’ from our balcony, the staff were so helpful, the food onsite was delicious, the pool area was relaxing and we had wonderful couples Thai massage onsite. We also booked our tuk tuk to tour the temples and a boat tour through the hotel staff. Both experiences were fantastic.
