Everything was perfect

The property is a beautiful little oasis with a little pond amidst which the reception/breakfast area is situated. The bungalows are lovely, simple but clean on the inside. The breakfast is very good, with a la options and, which is unusual, a full spread of baked goods, spreads, coffee/tea/juice. The pool is very clean and not within sight of the "main area" for more privacy. Very helpful owners. In walking distance to many of the temples and several good cafes/street stalls.

GORGEOUS oasis, in the midst of the ancient sites. The setting is beautiful, with the reception and breakfast room on an island in the ponds of lotus flowers. The pool is great and the whole place very clean and well kept. The bungalows are very comfortable and atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Bike hire is a great bonus and the staff are all friendly and kind.

Lovely setting with cottages set around a large pond. The reception and restaurant are accessed via a foot bridge. The hosts are very attentive and the breakfast was nice.

Fabulous stop in Ayutthaya. I can see why this place is number 1 on Tripadvisor. We had a deluxe cabin and had a glorious stay. Fab service and wonderful surroundings. Our room to clean, well looked after and had good AC. Host was attentive and we had a great breakfast. Such a lovely place to stay.

Location is perfect for exploring Historical park and reach nignt market. Swimming pool is a good benefit after cycling around (bicycle rent at the hotel)

“Cosy and friendly place but small rooms”

The hotel consists of a number of small houses around a pond plus a pool area located in a nice garden. The houses / rooms are very small and pretty simple but clean and the bed is also rather narrow (140cm I would guess). So, if you like space you may look for another place. What makes up that place is the garden and the small patio in front of each house, very cosy. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good

Basic but good rooms and breakfast. You can reach most temples easily from there. Down the street is a beautiful night market on the weekends.

A very nice green and quiet place in the city. Small bungalows with beautiful terraces. A nice breakfast area in the middle of a pond. Good breakfast. Bicycles can be rented and the sights are easy to reach.
