“Perfect”

The location is good, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. The bed was very big and comfy. They rent out good bicycles visit the temples and the city. We got great advice when we arrived on what to do, we followed a couple of suggestions and we were not disappointed. Thank you for the amazing stay! Would definitely come back.

This is a lovely little hotel. Every attention to detail thought about. Comfortable beds and room, very quiet environment, planting around the room was beautiful. The lady looking after us was very attentive and helpful. She booked us a boat trip for the sunset and hired good bikes @80b per day. I highly recommend this hotel for service, location and comfort.

We really liked the accommodation. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, you receive a city map and lots of recommendations. We had a great time. The accommodation itself is just like in the pictures; you feel very welcome and everything is lovingly cared for and very tidy. You can rent bicycles if you like to explore the city. 7/11 nearby.

“Quiet, comfortable and welcoming”

Clean modern comfortable room. Quiet location. Very helpful staff who arranged excursions for us. One of the staff did our laundry for us and returned it clean and dry. We would certainly stay here again. Not a big choice of local restaurants but we found one we really liked 5 minutes walk away

“Perfect !”

This is a beautiful peaceful green oasis . The owner is a really lovely lady . Nothing is too much trouble . Our room was perfect . We had a sweet pretty little outdoor seating area with a fan . We were offered free tea and coffee . We were free Ben very helpful information about the town and his uk get around . We were able to store our luggage for the day after we had checked out . We were even able to have a shower before leaving to catch our train .

Best bed I ever slept on! So comfy you can't get up in the morning. Really nice and attentive hosts, helped us with everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone.

This was such a perfect stay! Cute, cozy, clean and with a friendly and helpful owner. Me and my partner even locked ourselves out at 10pm and they were able to let us in with no hassle at all. The location was great and the room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a hidden gem located not too far from the centre of Ayutthaya, and feels like a luxury boutique hotel. Super value for money, with very clean rooms, beautifully decorated, and with a very friendly and lovely owner! I would highly recommend staying here

“Fantastic”

I really like the style of this hotel - it's very quiet and safe. The owner put a lot of thought into every detail, even having hand-drawn maps. You can tell they really care about their guests. The only downside is that mosquitoes keep me awake.

“Perfect for us”

Our second time staying at Baan Baimai. Location is great, in a quiet spot but not too far from the places most want to visit. Very tranquil hotel with lovely individual, unique rooms. Rooms have all you need for a few nights stay. Staff are lovely, welcoming and friendly. Check in and out was a breeze (but take cash if you don’t have a Thai bank to be able to scan). The hotel provided us with a detailed map of the temple sites and offered to arrange a Tuk Tuk ride to take us round (200 THB per hour) We will be back again for sure.

“Great experience, definetly worth it!”

The place is really well-maintained, taken care for and recently renovated. Everything worked nicely and the staff was really kind, too. They were friendly, they gave me a map with all the best spot to check while in Ayutthaya and recommendations regarding food. Clean, nice bed, and very furnished (there's everything you might need). There is also a very honest laundry service available and bikes that you can take to visit the city!

Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Excellent shower, wifi, fridge. A few mins walk to cafes, bars, etc. Some outdoor seating. Didn't try the breakfast.

Excellent customer service with very supportive staff. The place is beautifully decorated and well presented.
