The location BANG on the river is amazing. The tea/coffee set up is really good especially since you really WANT to have ur morning tea/ coffee with that river view. My wife liked the soft comforters too! The ladies are kind, helpful. One of them doesn't understand English at all, the other does so it's workable. The room is really value for money with an awesome book on Ayuthhaya's history which my wife picked up to read and found it super informative! I think it's like going to stay at your aunt's place during the school break

“Fab location, especially for the Railway Station”

Fab location close to Railway, many Tuk Tuk vendors and Scooter rentals. Also next door to a v good restaurant and the River ferry to get you across to the main Ayutthaya island Very friendly owner/staff

Excellent location, very close to the train station. Room was fine and clean, nothing special but good AC and ok bathroom. Free coffee/tea and bananas in the morning on the balcony overlooking the canal. No noise from the train or the road. If you are doing Ayutthaya in a day this would be perfect, you can rent bicycles close by and take the ferry to the city center which is just around the corner.

Superb location at the banks of the river at 100 meters from the train station. With the pier next to the homestay, it is the perfect location to visit the treasures of Ayutthaya

Lovely welcoming place. Dog Mii ( bear) welcomed us too. Clean bedroom and shower room. Lovely old style building, beautifully presented and preserved. Coffee in the morning. Close to shops and ferry 10 baht over the river to access Ayutthaya temples.

Very good location, authentic house, great view over the water, super friendly staff. Luggage depot and shower possible before taking the night train.

Stunning location - really close to the train station and river crossing. Ignore the comments of complaint - the place has personality and was REALLY quiet when we were there! Restaurant next door was fabulous for a Thai BBQ. Great tours offered but not pushy. There is a dog chained up that is perfectly happy! Highly recommend this place

“A cheap comfortable stay I recommend to visit Ayutthaya”

I stayed here for 4 nights, looking to take a rest before moving to the north of Thailand. The accommodation is a few minutes from the station and a 7 Eleven. It is located by the river, close to the small dock where it is possible to take a river boat and reach the other side with the bicycle, to visit the temples and the historical park. The rooms are big, in a very nice, old wooden building. There is no air conditioning, just a fun. Toilet and showers are shared. The accommodation has a beautiful common area both upstairs and downstairs, facing the river. The accommodation doesn't offer food, just coffee and fresh fruit provided for free at breakfast. The WIFI connection was good.

This place is a beautiful old teak wooden house. It's just a 2-minute walk from Ayutthaya Train Station and also a 2-minute walk from a cheap and convenient boat ferry (only 10 baht) that takes you straight to the city center. You’ll find bike and motorbike rentals nearby, plus a 7-Eleven and a few bars. If you’re driving, there’s a parking lot right next to the hotel. Great spot for anyone looking for something authentic and super convenient. Great value for money.

Thin wooden house, noise from outside and could hear people next room talking. Staying during weekend, we couldn't sleep. Pro: amazing location, near train station and ferry and I love animals 10 points for a cat and a dog.
