staff at counter and back office support is very supportive and service-mind persons. I asking them for free shuttle van from the XKH airport to the hotel, they arrange for me perfectly, driver is polite and speak english very well. room is very spacious, wide bed, soft pillow, great view from my room. breakfast is free, fresh.

“Great views, overall clean”
Hotel is clean overall, staff very nice. Got a free pick up from the airport. Breakfast was served at 8am.
