Everything was perfect - the location, the interior, plenty of useful and thoughtful details, and impeccable cleanliness. This was our second stay here (and I’m sure not the last). It’s the perfect place for a getaway from the city and an unforgettable experience surrounded by beautiful nature.

This is an amazing place for family and romantic getaways, as well as for solo travelers wanting to enjoy breathtaking nature just a two-hour drive from bustling New York. My wife and I spent two days here, and Daren's place turned out to be one of the best we've been to, though we've visited over 20 states with various apartments and houses! It's an incredibly peaceful and cozy place, well thought out to the smallest detail. Daren made sure we lacked nothing and felt at home. Very clean, pleasantly smelling of wood, lots of entertainment from a collection of movies and books to board games. Very nice and new bathroom, cute details in the kitchen like cocoa with marshmallows, clean dishes, a comfortable bed, incredibly soft sofas, warm blankets – the list goes on. Lots of useful things like local guides, books about Catskills, maps, and so on. The location is convenient, just minutes away from an excellent diner with delicious breakfast. Easy access to famous destinations like Kaaterskill Falls, Woodstock, Catskill, and many other popular places for walking, hiking, skiing, and so on! The views of nature are mesmerizing! We can firmly say that we want to come back again, and this is definitely one of the best vacations in our life!
