“Highly recommend”
The best thing about it is the staff—they’re all very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The outdoor area is lovely, with tables and a pool where you can relax. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. You can order breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the value for money is very good, considering the prices in Phnom Penh. Also the location was ok for me, in few minutes you have a really nice street with restaurant, coffee places. And you can arrive to the main points to visit by walking, as well.

“Large aggressive dog tried to bite”
A few weeks ago I booked two nights here, we checked in late (approx 11pm) so picked up the room key from the front desk. When we picked up the key from reception there was a large dog who growled at us but stayed put. After checking into our room I realised there was no WiFi code in the room so went back down to reception to get it. When I tried to find the code the dog started growling again, but this time moved towards me and tried to bite me. They would have bitten me had I not realised what was happening and quickly moved away and back up to the room. In the morning we could hear the dog barking aggressively, we didn't feel comfortable or safe around the dog so decided to cut our stay short and move to a different hotel. We told the host about it and she did apologise but I don't think an aggressive dog should be allowed to roam freely, and if the dog isn't good with strangers they shouldn't be at a hotel where strangers come and go daily. Looking at others reviews this is not an isolated incident.

“Great value, safe, secure and friendly hostel, with central location in PP.”
this is my second visit, i like the owners vibe, the cats and dog that live there, and the friendliness of other usually solo, travelers. it is basic, clean, safe, secure, friendly, comfortable, and i like it. It has secure parking, which is great for me, as i was on my bike.

Everyone was super friendly, the dorm was comfy, the cats are very sweet, the other customers I met were very friendly and the place has a very laid back and traveller vibe. The shower was good.

Arrived with a valid reservation and confirmed check-in time around 10 pm. The staff member was busy eating, drinking, and socializing with guests instead of working. She first denied that my booking existed, then suddenly “found” it in the system at check-in time. She demanded my visa; I have a valid e-visa with no passport stamp. When I asked for a moment to find the receipt, she refused, said she wanted to sleep, and threw me out despite the fact that I had already paid. I was not even allowed to stay inside to arrange another booking or call a tuk-tuk. This was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. After 25 days of travel and many hotel stays, this was by far the worst experience.

A beautiful villa that reminded me of travelling in SE Asia in the 90's. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Perfect for me and my two teenagers.
