Spent 3 nights here over Khmer New Year and it seemed the location was a prime spot for all the water fights! That’s something to consider if you’re booking in future and don’t want to get caught in it. The hotel was great and the staff were lovely - greeting us warmly each time we came in and out. The room itself was also brilliant - good ac, high pressure shower, nice robes, comfy bed etc.

The location was good. The staff were really nice, the room was clean and tidy, and they offered to make the room up every day. The shower was better than most i have come across in asia so far.

“Relaxing on Street 136”
Great location in the bar and restaurant area. Room was big enough, with a fridge, chairs and table, and a safe. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

“Good rooms in an excellent location.”
Great location in the central city. Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are big, modern, well furnished and clean. Drinking water is provided in refillable bottles.

“A great place to stay in the north of Phnom Penh, close to major markets and convenience stores.”
Comfortable bed and room was quite clean. Cleaners arrived most days and restocked towels and water. TV channels were varied and interesting to watch, many mainstream US and European ones gave good info on latest developments. Shower was powerful enough , clean and easy to use. Very pleasant balcony, facing the road, but not noisy at all.

Was an okay stay for an okay price at an okay environment. Short distance from main attractions and markets. Staff was helpful but could have been better. For a good priced accomodation it will do and is good enough.
