One of the best room experiences we have ever had, clean, very modern, and sustainable having an area under the bed to place a suitcase is excellent use of space that air-conditioning adjustments next to your bed also excellent we had a small balcony with an excellent view of the pool and the river gorgeous at night time. Overall this is a tenant of Ten experience very clean staff are very friendly the entire hotel smells amazing and will definitely be back next year

Pretty much everything was excellent except for the size and location of the room (see below). Otherwise, fantastic location -- not too close to the pubs meaning we weren't bothered by noise, but close enough to walk. The pool was well maintained, and the hotel has an efficient, attractive, and modern layout. The food was excellent.

Well located hotel offering excellent value for money. Breakfast was varied with both Asian and European options, but the highlight was the plentiful fresh fruit. Gym was small but adequate, ditto the pool. Pleasant shared working space. Very convenient location and staff could not do enough to help.

“Perfect stay”

I stayed here 3 times during my visit to Cambodia and each time was perfect. Perfect location a few minutes walk from the night market and the bus drop pick up/drop off point. The rooms are exactly how they look on the photos me and modern. Good restaurant options and great views from the roof top bar. The staff are so helpful and friendly. If I ever return I would definitely stay again.

Overall very happy with our stay. Great location, fantastic room, very clean and comfortable. Great coffee for breakfast and lovely pool. Would definitely come back again.

We were moved from a noisy room (external humming from a building nearby) to a quiet room on the 7th floor which was fine. However we were not told the floor was a smoking floor and patrons often smoked with their room door open leaving the smell to permeate the corridor. I didn’t think the reception staff took the matter seriously enough when we told them. The pool sitting area is quite tight and there are no sunbeds.

Lovely quirky lifestyle hotel - who would have known it was a brand, as it felt edgy. Great bar, friendly staff - they even brought me cookies to my room on arrival (rather than them being there awaiting my check - in) which felt very personal.
