The host was super friendly and very helpful giving us lots of suggestions and information. Great place to stay.

The owner is so nice. The best we have had in the whole of SE Asia. When we came in we had fruit and then they showed us the room which we had a free upgrade. The room was really nice with very good tea and facilities. We had some food there which was also super good, we tried the house whiskey and liked it a lot. The morning after i got some coffee which was good. We got Cambodian cupcakes from the owner. Unfortunately we only had one night here but would have loved to stay longer.

I chose to stay here because of the exceptional reviews, and I also had a very pleasant experience. Panha, the owner, picked me up from the airport, which is an extra cost but worth every dollar because he is one of the nicest people you could wish to meet, and I also believe it is good to support local people and their businesses. The homestay itself is very comfortable and safe. I was given a nice free upgrade. My bed was comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. The wifi worked to a high standard, which was handy as I needed to do some online work. I had dinner and breakfast here, and it was delicious and inexpensive, not to forget the great organic Cambodian coffee they serve. Panha even took me in his car to buy ice cream from the supermarket. Highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic stay in Phnom Penh.

I had a wonderful stay here! The room was lovely and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating—they gave me such a warm welcome, which I truly appreciated as a solo traveler. Plus, it’s a very convenient 30-minute drive to the airport.

Such a memorable and warm hospitality from Panha and the team. It is a super sweet stay with an opportunity to taste amazing food prepared for you on the spot,alongside thoughtful conversations. The room we had was amazing, tastefully furnished and decorated and really comfortable and clean and offered a great restful night sleep before the long flight back home. We stayed at Stay Sweet on the last night of our holiday to Cambodia and this is something we will fondly remember. The location is also great to allow quick access to the new airport.

Second time back to this place and is still one of the best places to stay. Owner accomedated us well as he always does.

“Highly recommended”

These are very well run apartments. I think it's fair to say this is hotel like accommodation, as they also have a restaurant on the bottom level. The guy that runs the whole place, Pahna, and his stuff are extremely nice. His English skills are also very good and if I'm not mistaken he also speaks some Japanese, Korean and maybe a few other languages. The lady that cooks the food definitely knows what's she's doing, I loved every single dish I tried, and I was there for a week so I tried a new dish every day!

Panha is an extraordinary host. I had a very late flight which he accommodated with late check in and carrying my cases up the stairs, (after midnight!), and also for a small fee was there at the airport to pick me up, which felt nice and safe as a solo traveller. He even helped with my tourist visa extension. Speaking great English Panha’s place is a great first stop in Phnom Penh - he’s only too happy to help with anything you need. The room was nice and dark for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious and loved the tropical fruit. Highly recommend

Unbelievable hosts, Panha and his family were great, the hospitality is a 10/10. Great food at great prices. Small room but clean and comfy with YouTube and Netflix. Would stay here again for sure.

Cute little spot not too far away from the airport. The owner was super nice and waited awake for us until we arrived at 1am. He offered us free breakfast and a coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, very much recommended

Host was fantastic. Helped us get to the airport for an early flight and helped book bus tickets for me and my daughter's trip to Kep (and took us to the bus stop). Stay here!

Brilliant host

“Great value for money.”

My family of 3 stayed here during March 2026. It was a lovely experience. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The AC works really well when kept on low overnight, you will have a great sleep, maybe just bring earplugs to allow for the passing motorbikes in the night if you’re a light sleeper like myself. The hygiene level is 10/10. The food cooked in house is great & there are small Khmer restaurants all around within walking distance. The staff are lovely and I cannot recommend this boutique Guest house highly enough.

“Good stay for 1 night before flying out of Cambodia, Techo International Airport”

Communication with Panha was very easy via WhatsApp & responses were very quick. Panha was very friendly and helpful. He spoke very good English. Located south east of the city-centre, airport-side - easy to get to the Airport - very close to Phnom Penh Choeung Ek Genocide Centre (10 mins by tuk tuk) Large comfortable room. Good airconditioning. Laundry 2 doors down (drop off & pick up later that day/next day) Food available on site (but at reasonable hours only - as it is also the owner's accommodation). We spend our last night in Cambodia before flying out of the Techo Airport - the location served our purpose as we didn't want the busy city centre. Not a touristy area so if you want some touristy things you will need to travel.
