All good, except you hear all noises. The place itself was great. The unhappy kitten was crying on the street and the it was well heard inside. There is no sound isolation. But place itself was good

“Great for staying close to the airport!”
Clean room and bathroom and the WiFi worked well. Good aircon in the room too. The bed was comfortable. It was ideal location for the airport which is why we booked to stay here (if you want to explore Phnom Penh I’d reccomend staying further into the centre)

It’s so far from the centre. It’s not clean. There is no hot water. Mosquitoes constantly fly into the room, ants and lizards climb in, even if the windows are closed. We felt uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our time here! The room was really spacious, it has an AC and hot water😍 We could even store our luggage here for the day because we took a night bus, which was really nice. Very kind owner. We would stay here again!
