Dated/dirty bedding No elevator and had to trail big bags up 3 flights of stairs (which had bottom section with no railings) Got strange vibe as soon as entered Other guests smoking in hall ways Shower head lose and bathroom floor soaked within minutes

The property was filthy . There was mold on the ceilings of the bedrooms and dirt on all the bed sheets. The staff were very very rude when it came to resolving the problems. We also experienced no water for a whole day. which included the toilet and showers. And also experienced no wifi in our room for both days and nights we stayed there.

It was a Scam was not at all the place in the pictures it was down an ally where there were dirty dishes and the rooms smelled like cigarette and wasn't even made looked like someone just got out of it .. definitely not what was in the pictures..... Just a Scam just like Scambodia is known for

Don’t not book this it’s an absolute disgrace of a hotel if you can call it that. Our family of four turned up there in early hours of the morning as we discussed with them they said this would be fine and they could book us in. After a long hour with a very rude woman they agreed to but there would be an additional charge. There we young boys drinking thorough out being loud and smoking staring at us the whole time. After we got to the rooms I’ve never seen such an unhygienic room in my life, the place was disgustingly dirty. We slept for a hour and decided we could not stop there (looked nothing like the pictures) we came down in the morning and met with the manager who begged us to stay and they would clean the room in the morning would take roughly a month to clean that room no joke. Point blanked refused us any money back we $500 + for a week. PLEASE IGNORE THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND VERY DISAPPOINTED(BOOKING.com are investigating and had a few problems with them.
